- A material offer, calculation or eligibility change.
- A source replacement that changes confidence.
- A correction to a published factual claim.
- A parser or methodology change that can alter tool output.
- A launch-gate change affecting indexation or commercial actions.
What does not count
A page render, cosmetic edit or automated date rollover does not make evidence fresher. Minor copy edits stay in version control unless they affect meaning.
