Five evidence levels.
- Official: current operator policy, help or campaign terms.
- Affiliate-confirmed: written partner terms not contradicted by operator policy.
- Community-reported: repeat observations without official confirmation.
- Unverified: claim exists, supporting evidence does not.
- Expired: previously documented and no longer active.
Every claim needs a contract.
Product, jurisdiction, account status, age, benefit, requirements, source, first seen, last checked and expiry are stored as structured fields. Prose must read from that record rather than maintaining a second private truth.
Corrections stay visible.
Material changes should create a dated change note. “Updated today” without a description of what was checked is not considered a verification event.
