If you entered a code in the bonus drop form or used the chat drop command, go directly to bonus drop error meanings. Drop exhaustion and recent-wager requirements are not evidence that a referral code has failed.
Check these published conditions
The table describes account conditions established by official sources. It is not a list of literal registration error messages, and it cannot diagnose an individual account without Stake’s confirmation.

Give support enough detail to check the account
If your affiliate promotion includes rakeback that has not appeared, the official affiliate-bonus guide asks you to give support the affiliate’s Stake username. Confirm that username with your referrer; do not assume it is the referral code. Support can investigate activation, but the article does not promise a rate, a change of affiliate or an exception to the code-entry deadline.
Use live support on the official site. Include the product, approximate account creation time, code or referral link used, the field where you entered it, and the exact message displayed. Say whether the issue is a rejected code, unclear affiliation or a reward that has not appeared. These are different questions.
If the question is the size of a rakeback credit, compare the published calculation in the rakeback guide. A smaller-than-expected amount does not by itself show that a code failed. Do not share passwords or login codes in public posts.
Keep the account within the rules
Stake’s terms prohibit duplicate accounts and using tools such as a VPN to bypass location restrictions. Neither is a troubleshooting step. Only official support can confirm your account’s affiliation, eligibility or reward status; this guide is based on public instructions and does not claim to have tested your code.
