Who can receive a reload?
Stake’s help article describes reloads for Platinum users and says the calculation uses VIP level, wager and profit over a recent period.
Eligibility is account-specific. Reaching a rank does not prove that a particular reload amount or interval is active.

Claiming without losing the thread
- Check the stated claim interval; many reload claims renew after 24 hours.
- Record the start and end time rather than assuming calendar-day resets.
- Use the account or VIP host route, not a recycled public link.
- Do not compare a daily and hourly reload without normalizing the total period.
