- Select a network supported for that exact asset.
- Copy the newly displayed address and any required memo or tag.
- Check the current minimum and send a small test when practical.
- Verify the destination again before approving the wallet transaction.
When a crypto deposit is not showing
- Confirm the transaction exists on the correct block explorer.
- Check whether the required network confirmations have completed.
- Compare the asset, chain, destination and memo with the deposit screen.
- Provide official support with the transaction hash; never share a private key or seed phrase.
